9.3. Check of a condition and replacement of brake lines and hosesApproximately time in half a year, having lifted the car, check all flexible hoses connecting steel tubes of hydraulic contours to brake mechanisms of wheels on existence of cracks, signs of damage of a protective cover, traces of leakages of liquid, swellings and other damages. Hoses are a critical and most vulnerable component of brake system therefore their survey should be made with all care — use a pocket small lamp and a small mirror. At identification of any doubtful signs the suspected hose is subject to replacement.
Replaceable steel and flexible brake lines always can be got at firm car repair shop of the company manufacturers of the car, and also in firm shops of automobile accessories.

At all do not use as replaceable any tubes, except firm, specially intended for installation in a brake contour of your car. |
At installation of brake lines watch, that they settled down on removal not less than 20 mm from moving or vibrating components of a body, a suspension bracket or a steering drive.

For a detachment of a brake hose from a support turn out a hollow bolt of shtutserny connection and will throw out its old sealing washers (at assembly of a washer are subject to replacement without fail). |
Rassoyedineniye of two hoses is made by means of usual rozhkovy keys. When joining knots watch, that hoses were not overwound.
Rigid tubes of hydraulic lines are usually fixed on all length in special clamps. At removal of the line watch, that it was liberated from all clips. Do not forget at installation of lines on the car to replace the failed clamps.
At replacement of brake lines watch, that replaceable components in accuracy corresponded according to the tiporazmerny characteristics to the old sections removed from the car. At all do not replace steel tubes copper!
At installation of steel tubes watch reliability of their fixing in all provided arms, collars and clips. Do not allow making of tubes excessively close from moving components of a suspension bracket and a steering drive.
Having finished installation of new sections of hydraulic lines, check liquid level in the GTTs tank. In case of need make the corresponding adjustment. Pump over brake system (see. Pumping of brake system). Before starting operation of the car make sure of serviceability of functioning of brakes.
