8.2.3. Removal and installation of the driving electromotor of the actuation mechanism of a transfer case

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Disconnect from a transfer case electroconducting. Disconnect from the electromotor of the actuation mechanism of a transfer case a tube сапуна.
Turn out fixing bolts and remove the electromotor.

The sealing ring is subject to replacement without fail.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Grease a new sealing ring with technical vaseline or fresh ATF.
Plant a ring and establish the electromotor on the regular place, having tracked correctness of combination of directing ledges.
Tighten fixing bolts with demanded effort (41 — 48 Nanometer).
Connect to the motor a tube сапуна.
Restore initial connection of electroconducting.
