Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

If are going to remove a driving pulley, weaken a nut of its fastening.
Release adjusting bolts and remove a driving belt.
Disconnect from the pump a pressure head hose — try an adjusting corner of connection of a hose.
Remove soaking-up line.
Turn out fixing bolts and remove pump assembly.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Installation is made as it should be, the return to an order of dismantle of components. Remember that all sealing rings will lie down to replacement without fail. Before installation grease new rings of pure ATF. Track, that all fixing bolts (including hollow bolts of shtutserny sockets) were tightened with demanded effort.
In summary make adjustment of a tension of a driving belt (see. Adjustment of effort of a tension of a belt of a drive of the steering pump).
