 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Liberate a spherical support from a rotary fist and by means of a dynamometer of bezmenny type measure resistance of assembly to a deviation in the plane of an axis of a spherical finger (see an illustration Check of a condition of a spherical support). If the result of check falls outside the limits an admissible range (0.8 — 7.8 kgfs), replace a support.
  2. With a navernuty nut on the place measure size of a torque of axial rotation of a shaft of a spherical finger (see an illustration Check of a condition of a spherical support) — the nominal rate makes 0.5 — 5.0 Nanometers. In case of need make assembly replacement.

  1. Attentively examine protective covers of spherical support on existence of signs of development of leakages of greasing. Check a condition of covers — existence of cracks and cuts is not admissible.
  1. Fix on the cross-section lever of a suspension bracket a tsiferblatny measuring instrument, having rested it a plunzher in bottom edges of a support of the brake mechanism, then, operating with mount as the lever, wring out the lever down from a rotary fist and consider instrument reading. In the presence of a little appreciable axial люфта (see an illustration Check of a condition of a spherical support) the spherical support is subject to replacement.
  1. The faulty spherical support is subject to replacement.

  4. Remove a spherical support from the cross-section lever of a suspension bracket.
  5. Installation of components is made as it should be, the return to an order of their dismantle. Track, that all fixture was tightened with demanded effort.
