10.5. Removal and installation of the cross-section lever of a forward suspension bracket

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. To Poddomkratta the car also establish it on props (see an illustration the Scheme of an institution of props for car fixing in the lifted situation). Remove the corresponding forward wheel. Remove stupichny assembly and a rotary fist (see. Removal and installation of stupichny assembly and rotary fist).
  2. Remove from the cross-section lever a spherical support (see. Check of a condition and replacement of spherical support of a forward suspension bracket).
  1. Give fixture and remove the cross-section lever of a suspension bracket.


Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Get the cross-section lever on the regular place.
  2. Establish an axial bolt with a nut and a collar of fastening of the back internal axial plug — do not tighten fixture with demanded effort until the car will not be lowered on the earth.
  3. Establish a spherical support.
  4. Further installation is made as it should be, the return to an order of dismantle of components.
  5. In summary lower the car on the earth, rock it several times for a usadka of components, then tighten fixture with demanded effort.
