4.27. Engine assembly order

Before starting engine assembly, make sure available all necessary details, materials and tools to which number the following belongs:

• Standard set of the metalwork tool;
• Dinamometrichesky natural a drive on 1/2-inches;
• The tool for putting on of piston rings;
• The tool for a staving of piston rings;
• Short pieces of a fuel hose for putting on on hairpins of covers of shatunny bearings;
• Measuring set of Plastigage;
• Set щупов lezviyny type;
• File with small tooth;
• Fresh impellent oil;
• Assembly impellent or greasing on the basis of a molybdenum disulphate;
• Prokladochny hermetic;
• Hermetic for fixing of carving connections.

With a view of economy of time and minimization of volume of arising problems make engine assembly in the following order:

• Piston rings;
• Cranked shaft and radical bearings;
• Shatunno-porshnevye;
• Back epiploon of a cranked shaft with the holder;
• Soyedinitelny Bridge of covers of radical bearings;
• The oil pump (see. Removal, service and installation of the oil pump);
• The case pallet (see. Removal and installation of the pallet of a case);
• Heads of cylinders (see. Removal, check of a condition and installation of a head of cylinders);
• Camshafts and components of the klapanny mechanism (see. Removal, check of a condition and installation of components of the klapanny mechanism);
• Gas-distributing belt with cogwheels (see. Replacement of a belt of a drive of GRM);
• Covers of a gas-distributing belt (see. Replacement of a belt of a drive of GRM);
• The inlet pipeline and final collectors (see. Removal and installation of the inlet pipeline and Removal, check of a condition and installation of a head of cylinders);
• GRM covers (see. Removal, check of a condition and installation of a head of cylinders);
• Driving disk.
