4.5. Removal and installation of the inlet pipeline
|
|
- Dump pressure in a power supply system (see. Check of kompressionny pressure in cylinders).
- Empty cooling system (see. Head Routine maintenance).
- Disconnect from a collector of the inlet pipeline cables of a drive of a butterfly valve and темпостата.
- Remove an air line sleeve.
- Remove disturbing to access to the inlet pipeline lines of communication:
- Electroconducting of valve IACV ААС, sensor of provision of a butterfly valve (TPS), sensor switch of extreme provisions of a butterfly valve, coil of ignition, powerful transistor, electromagnetic EGRC valve and sensor of temperature of EGR;
- The hoses of an okhladitelny path brought to a collector;
- Hoses of a heating path;
- PCV hose (from the right head of cylinders);
- Vacuum hoses of a coal adsorber, GTTs and pressure regulator;
- Hose of a purge of a coal adsorber;
- EGR tube;
- Grounding tires;
- Turn out fixing bolts and remove a collector of the inlet pipeline with sealing laying.

- Disconnect from the fuel highway submitting and returnable gasoline pipe lines, disconnect electroconducting from all injectors and remove the fuel highway.

|
- Operating in strictly certain order, release bolts of fastening of the inlet pipeline.
|
|
- Finally turn out fixing bolts and remove the pipeline.
- In case of need remove from a collector of the inlet pipeline the throttle case.

|
Installation
Installation is made as it should be, the return to an order of dismantle of components — do not forget to make replacement of all sealing and insulating elements. Track, that all fixture was tightened with demanded effort.

The tightening of bolts of fastening of the inlet pipeline is made evenly as it should be, the return to an order of their easing. |
