4.6. Replacement of a belt of a drive of GRM

Do not bend and do not overwind a belt!
After removal of a gas-distributing belt do not turn cranked and camshafts in order to avoid damage of internal components of the engine as a result of an entrance of blow of valves about the bottoms of pistons!
Before belt installation carefully clear all cogwheels of a drive of GRM, having completely removed from them dirt, greasing and moisture!
Installation of a gas-distributing belt should be made on the cold engine!

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  3. Achieve combination of a dot adjusting label of a cogwheel of the left camshaft with a reciprocal label on the top section of a back cover of a drive of GRM.
  1. Make sure of correctness of combination of an adjusting label of a cogwheel of a cranked shaft with risky on the case of the oil pump.
  1. Temporarily establish into place a bolt of a pulley of a cranked shaft, having provided with that possibility of a provorachivaniye of the last.
  1. Weaken a nut of a natyazhitel, develop assembly of the last and remove a gas-distributing belt.
