4.7. Removal, check of a condition and installation of a head of cylinders


Order of an otpuskaniye of fixture of covers of GRM

 

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Dump pressure in a power supply system (see. Check of kompressionny pressure in cylinders).
  2. Remove a gas-distributing belt (see. Replacement of a belt of a drive of GRM).

In order to avoid damage of pistons and valves do not turn cranked and distributive shaft at the removed belt of a drive of GRM!

  1. Empty cooling system (see. Head Routine maintenance).
  2. Disconnect from a collector of the inlet pipeline cables of a drive of a butterfly valve and темпостата.
  3. Remove the inlet pipeline (see. Removal and installation of the inlet pipeline).
  4. Remove cogwheels of camshafts and a back cover of a drive of GRM.
  5. Remove the ignition distributor from VV electroconducting.
  6. Remove the steering pump and the To/in compressor — without disconnecting hydraulic / refrigerator lines, shift components aside and fix them a wire.
  7. To Otsoyediinta from final collectors of the engine reception pipes of system of production of the fulfilled gases.
  8. Operating in strictly certain order (see an illustration the Order of an otpuskaniye of fixture of covers of GRM), release fixing bolts and uncover the gas-distributing mechanism.
  1. Operating as it should be, the return to a tightening order, in two-three receptions evenly release bolts of fastening of a head of cylinders.
  1. Remove a head of cylinders assembled with a final collector.
  2. In case of need remove from a head a final collector.
  3. If it is required, take camshafts (see. Removal, check of a condition and installation of components of the klapanny mechanism).


Check

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. By means of a steel ruler established on an edge and щупа lezviyny type estimate planeness interfaced to the block of cylinders of a surface of a head — in case of need give a head to a pro-point, or replace it.

The pro-point can be made only if the height of a head will not appear less than limiting admissible value (see. Specifications).


The total thickness of the ground-off layer of interfaced surfaces of a head and the block should not exceed 0.20 mm!

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. If removed, establish into place camshafts — act as it should be, the return to an order of dismantle of components.
  2. Having turned a cranked shaft, bring the engine into the provision VMT of the end of a step of compression of the first cylinder (see. Replacement of a belt of a drive of GRM).

It is considered the first forward of the right number of cylinders (see. Specifications).

  1. Make sure of correctness of combination of an adjusting label of a cogwheel of a cranked shaft with reciprocal risky on the case of the oil pump.

  1. Track, that camshafts were developed by directing pins to the top cut of a head.

  1. If removed, establish on a head a final collector. Screw fixing bolts and, operating in strictly certain order (see an illustration the Order of a tightening of bolts of fastening of final collectors), evenly tighten them with demanded effort.
  2. Establish laying and press a head to the block of cylinders.

In order to avoid damage of valves and pistons, do not turn distributive and cranked shaft!

  1. Make sure that washers are put on bolts of fastening of a head — at the corresponding design of washers they should be established by facets to heads of bolts and the plane to a head.

  1. Grease carving surfaces and the bottom cuts of heads of bolts with impellent oil, then screw them and, operating in strictly certain order (see an illustration the Order of a tightening of bolts of fastening of heads of cylinders), in stages tighten with demanded effort.

For fastening of heads bolts of various length are used! Longer bolts (L1) are established in provisions 4, 7 and 9.

  1. Installation of the remained components is made as it should be, the return to an order of their dismantle — do not forget to grease before landing by hermetic an interfaced surface of a cover of GRM. Track, that all fixture was tightened with demanded effort.
