Removal

- To Poddomkratta the car also establish it on props (see an illustration
the Scheme of an institution of props for car fixing in the lifted situation). Bring forward wheels into rectilinear situation.

- Mark and disconnect from a case of reechny transfer hydraulic lines. Merge hydraulic liquid. At once закупорьте the open ends of tubes and an opening in a case.

- Remove a steering wheel (see. Removal and installation of a steering wheel) — try not to damage the contact SRS reel.
- Take шплинты and release lock-nuts of spherical fingers of external tips of steering drafts.
|
- By means of a stripper of ST9020001 liberate tips of steering drafts from rotary fists.
|
|
- Release the top collar of a boot of a steering column in an impellent compartment. Lift a boot, having provided access to the bottom kardanny hinge.
- Make sure that forward wheels occupy rectilinear situation and mark position of the hinge concerning a shaft of a leading gear wheel of the steering mechanism.
- Turn out a bolt of fastening of the bottom hinge of a column to a shaft of a leading gear wheel.
- Turn out fixing bolts and remove the steering mechanism assembled with cross-section drafts.
- In case of need mark the provision of a shaft of a conducting gear wheel concerning a case for the purpose of identification of neutral provision of reechny transfer.

Installation

- Installation is made as it should be, the return to an order of dismantle of components. Track, that all fixture was tightened with demanded effort.

|
|
For a tightening of cap nuts of shtutserny connections use a cap natural a cutting head. The order of a tightening of fixture of assembly of reechny transfer is shown on an illustration. |

|
- NEW sealing rings before installation grease with pure ATF.
|
|
The sealing ring of the shtutserny socket of the returnable line is more on the size, than a ring of the socket of the pressure head line. |
- Track correctness of combination of identification labels of neutral provision of reechny transfer.

For installation шплинтов fastenings of lock-nuts of tips of steering drafts tighten them at first with demanded effort (64 — 69 Nanometers), then hold on before combination of the next groove in an opening in a shaft of a spherical finger.

At all do not tighten a lock-nut more strongly, than with the moment of 108 Nanometers! |
- At installation of protective covers of steering drafts track, that they were stretched for identical length and reliably fixed by bandage tapes.
- In summary make filling and pumping of a hydraulic path (see. Pumping of a hydraulic path of a steering drive), then drive away the car in a specialized repair truck for check and correction of corners of installation of forward wheels (see. Corners of installation of forward wheels).
